Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Gujarat on June 27 and 28, where he will preside over the launch of the ‘Bharat Taxi’ initiative in Gandhinagar before inaugurating the ‘PM Family Care Tracker Pilot Project’ the following day. According to the official programme schedule, HM Shah will chair the Bharat Taxi launching programme at Mahatma Mandir on Friday.
The initiative is part of the Ministry of Cooperation’s efforts to expand cooperative-based services and is designed as a driver-owned ride-hailing platform.
