Cooperative ride-hailing app Bharat Taxi launching in Delhi-NCR tomorrow

No surge pricing, GPS tracking, and dedicated helpline

Unlike regular ride apps, Bharat Taxi is run by a group of cooperatives (think Amul and IFFCO) and gives each driver five shares in the cooperative plus dividend benefits.
There’s no surge pricing—fares stay steady all day—and safety gets a boost with GPS tracking, a dedicated helpline, verified profiles, and support from Delhi Police via 35 complaint booths.

The app is live on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Bharat Taxi plans to start with around 2.5 lakh vehicles and expand across India soon.
The app is live on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store if you want to check it out.
